How to delete your Mindhall data

Effective date: October 13, 2026

Mindhall has no account and no server. Everything you create stays on your phone, so you can delete it yourself. There is no account to close.

1. Delete notes and palaces in the app

  • A note: open it, open its menu and choose Move to trash. Then open Settings › Trash and choose Empty trash to delete it for good. If you do not empty the trash, notes in it are removed automatically after 30 days.
  • A palace: open it and choose Delete palace. Its places and the items on them are removed; your notes stay.
  • Backups and exports: files you exported yourself are wherever you saved them; delete them there.

2. Delete everything at once

To remove all Mindhall data from your phone, open Android Settings › Apps › Mindhall › Storage and choose Clear storage, or uninstall the app (the menu names vary a little between phones). This deletes notes, palaces, cards, progress and settings, and cannot be undone.

If Android backup is on, a copy may remain in your device backup in your Google account. You can manage it in Android Settings under Google › Backup.

3. Advertising data

Ads are served by Google AdMob, which uses your device’s advertising ID. To reset or delete it, open Android Settings › Privacy › Ads (on some phones Settings › Google › Ads) and choose Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you can also change your ad consent in Mindhall under Settings › Ads › Ad privacy choices. Data held by Google is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases

If you bought Remove ads, the purchase is recorded by Google Play on your Google account, not by us. Your order history is in your Google Play account.

5. Questions

Write to info@emiryigit.com with the subject “Mindhall data”. Because we do not store your notes, there is nothing for us to look up or delete on a server, but we are happy to help.
